Who We Are

Fabian Valtierra

Pastor of Monterey United Methodist Church

I am incredibly honored and blessed to serve as Pastor of Monterey United Methodist Church. I embrace the responsibility to care, protect, and lead the church into the future that God has planned for us. I believe that God has uniquely positioned this church to have an undeniable impact on our community and future generations. I hope you join us on this journey.

I have the joy of being married to my wife, Dalia. We have 5 children, 2 girls and 3 boys. I am originally from Jalisco, Mexico, and have been living in Tennessee for 25 years. My passion is to preach the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We can make our plans, but the Lord determines our steps.  – Proverbs 16:9
